Rick Wheeler

Rick Wheeler possesses extensive experience in property management and real estate, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Central Services at Essex Property Trust since September 2010. In this role, Rick functions as a Support Specialist and Trainer for BMR, Section 42 Tax Credit, and Section 8 programs. Rick manages the Silver Community in San Jose, overseeing 269 units, and has previously held management positions at Waterford Place and 101 San Fernando Apartments, focusing on compliance in affordable housing programs.
