Michelle Wall FCIPD is an experienced HR and sustainability leader currently serving as Group Chief People Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer at Sabio since November 2018, and as a Board Trustee for Essex Wildlife Trust since April 2020. Previous roles include Global Head of Human Resources at Vix Technology, where responsibility encompassed the design and delivery of transit ticketing systems, and Vice President of Human Resources for EMEA and APAC at IPC Systems, a provider of communication solutions for the financial trading community. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Essex Police, Carphone Warehouse, B&Q, and Sainsbury’s Supermarkets. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in the Psychology of OD and Change from Heriot-Watt University and a CIPD Diploma in HR Management from Bromley College.
