Alex GON is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, agile methodologies, and digital transformation. As Co-Founder of Elia Go! since May 2024 and a member of CJD since January 2024, Alex continues to influence the landscape of digital consultancy. Previously, Alex served as Delivery Lead at BforBank, overseeing the development of a new banking experience, and has held significant roles such as CEO and Founder at DC_CONSULTANTS since 2013. Alex has contributed to academia as a Senior Lecturer at Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée and EM Normandie, providing insights into project management practices. Additional experience includes Agile coaching at Allianz, ScrumMaster roles at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts, and product ownership at Médiamétrie and ABN AMRO. Alex holds a Master of Science in General Engineering from Arts et Métiers, along with an entrepreneurship program from HEC Paris.
