Balaji Susheelkumar

Balaji Susheelkumar is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain APAC at EssilorLuxottica since November 2023 and as the Head of Supply Chain Management at Essilor India Pvt Limited since March 2022. Balaji's expertise includes conducting comprehensive analyses to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness, managing significant annual expenditures and inventory, and successfully implementing Oracle solutions across multiple locations. Notable achievements include reducing average finished inventory days and winning the INDIA-Best Inventory Managed Award in 2017 for the AMERA Region. Prior roles include AGM of Supply Chain at Essilor India and Regional Supply Chain Manager at 3M India Limited, with foundational experience as an Inspector of Textiles at SGS.
