Giuseppe Grazioso

Giuseppe Grazioso currently serves as the Global Head of Employer Branding, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and Employee Experience at EssilorLuxottica since October 2022. Prior to this role, Giuseppe was the Global Learning & Development Manager at Europ Assistance from November 2019 to October 2022. Giuseppe's earlier experience includes positions at Generali, where responsibilities encompassed Group Talent Management Specialist and Program Manager for the Generali Group Academy and Leadership Development, focusing on leadership training and the harmonization of managerial capabilities across the Group. Giuseppe holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Sapienza Università di Roma, along with a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, and has completed additional studies both locally and internationally, including a program at the Waterford Institute of Technology.
