Katarzyna Rybak

Katarzyna Rybak currently serves as Emea Talent Partner at EssilorLuxottica, having transitioned from Vision Express where responsibilities included People & Culture Director and HR Processes Manager. Previous roles include HR Manager for Central Europe at Avon, where Katarzyna ensured HR alignment with business objectives and led various committees, as well as multiple HR positions at Avon Cosmetics Polska and ING Financial Services focused on training and development. With a solid background in training strategy and organizational development, Katarzyna has held leadership roles in banking and financial services, beginning as a Deputy Branch Manager at Bank Millennium BCP Group. Education includes a Master’s degree in Law from Uniwersytet Szczeciński and postgraduate studies in Psychology of Personnel Management from the University of Warsaw.
