Line' Elder-Moore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in provider relations and network management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Provider Relations at EssilorLuxottica since July 2022, Line' previously held roles at CareSource, TriHealth, and Anthem, where Line' focused on provider engagement, risk adjustment, and value-based agreements. Line' has a proven track record of increasing the number of value-based lives and establishing key community resources during tenures at Humana. Line' began the career at United HealthCare, culminating a diverse background in healthcare provider contracting and administrative operations.
