Norah Jiang

Norah Jiang currently serves as HR Director for Talent & Leadership Development, Culture, and Employer Branding at EssilorLuxottica, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Norah was Sr. Manager of Learning & Development at Essilor Group from September 2019 to March 2021, and held various HR positions at Evonik, focusing on talent management and cultural transformation in Asia Pacific North from February 2017 to June 2019. Norah's earlier career includes significant roles at TNT, concentrating on talent development in Mainland China and Hong Kong, as well as multiple HR functions at Maersk Line and Siemens. Norah holds a Bachelor’s degree in German from East China Normal University and has further education from Bremen Technical University.
