Phillip Stapp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Learning and Development at EssilorLuxottica since January 2022, Phillip previously held multiple senior management roles at Cartier, including Senior Manager of Learning & Instructional Design and Manager of Learning & Transformation.
