Simon Lechantre

Simon Lechantre serves as the Head of International Mobility at EssilorLuxottica since May 2022, having previously held the same position at Essilor from September 2006 to April 2022. In this role, Simon collaborates with HR Directors, HR Business Partners, and top management to establish and implement international mobility guidelines and policies for approximately 350 to 400 employees, including top management. Additionally, Simon is a Board Member at PREVINTER and a member of the steering and development committee for Cercle Magellan since November 2018. Simon's educational background includes studies at ISC Paris from 2002 to 2005.
