Mary Robertson

Mary Robertson currently serves as the International Head of Reward and Global Mobility at DLA Piper since April 2023 and as an Independent Non-Executive Nominations and Remuneration Committee Member at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Mary has a strong background in reward management, having held positions such as Reward Director at PZ Cussons and Director of Reward and HR Business Partnering at O2 (Telefónica UK). With extensive experience that includes founding Reward Matters Ltd in 2006 and acting as a trustee for Prior's Court Foundation, Mary has consistently contributed to HR change programmes and strategic reward initiatives across various organizations. Previous roles include Director positions at Xansa and Thames Water, where Mary established reward teams, advised remuneration committees, and implemented innovative reward strategies. Mary Robertson holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of South Wales.
