Rajarshi Arjun

Rajarshi Arjun is an experienced Agile Coach currently working at ESSIQ AB and Scania since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rajarshi served as an Agile Coach at Ericsson from May 2015 to September 2023, leading Agile transformation initiatives across various portfolios and experimenting with Adaptive Strategy formulation. Rajarshi also held positions as Senior Manager and Manager at Ericsson and Siemens Convergence Creators, respectively, where responsibilities included training on Agile fundamentals, project transformation, and introducing Agile frameworks. Earlier career experiences include roles as Customer Project Manager at Ericsson, Consultant at Siemens, and Associate Manager at Ushacomm, along with a foundational role as Assistant Developer at EDP Soft. Rajarshi holds an Advanced Diploma in Network Centric Computing from the National Institute of Information Technology and a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Calcutta.
