Charlotte Lion

Charlotte Lion is an experienced professional currently serving as RST Leader for HaFA lines at Essity since November 2015. In this role, Charlotte oversees the operations of multiple shift teams for a TAD tissue machine and has contributed to the startup of a straw pulp mill in Mannheim, Germany, in collaboration with the R&D team. Previous experience includes positions as a Process Engineer in both PaperMaking and Converting at Essity, as well as a Process Engineer within a graduate program at SCA - Hygiene and Forest Products Company. Earlier internships in industrial engineering at Schneider Electric and Tecnicas Reunidas focused on optimization and productivity analysis. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from both Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers and the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
