Elias Belmonte

Elias Belmonte is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, technical innovation, and business management. Currently serving as Technical Innovation Manager at Essity since October 2019, Elias previously held the position of Chief Development Chemist at Natures Organics Pty Ltd, where significant contributions included the launch of over 20 new formulas and 50 SKUs in two years. Additional experience encompasses roles at Unilever as Plant Coordinator, Crosslearning LTD as President & Founder, and Reckitt Benckiser as Technology Sourcing Manager and Senior Development Chemist. Elias holds an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney and has pursued specialized training in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and sports instruction, complemented by a BSc in Chemistry from Universidad Simon Bolivar.
