Steven R. Landers is an experienced leader in the fields of product development, marketing, and strategic initiatives within the hygiene and cleaning industry. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Sales Enablement at Essity since March 2021, Steven focuses on transformational initiatives to align business objectives with effective revenue enablement programs. Prior to this role, Steven held several positions at Veritiv Corporation, including Director of Category Business Management, overseeing a $300M P&L and leading category management for cleaning and maintenance solutions. With a strong background in chemical formulation and product innovation from previous roles at Zep Inc., Multi-Pack Solutions, Prime Resins, and Biolab Inc., Steven leverages a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape enhanced by an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Emory University.
