Tracey Wilson is currently the Head of Insights for the UKI at Essity, where they lead the development and delivery of data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions across marketing, sales, and innovation. Previously, they served as the Category Management Controller at Essity and held roles at Arla Foods and SCA Hygiene Consumer Tissue, where they excelled in driving sales, profit, and market share growth. Tracey is also pursuing a BA Hons in Business & Tourism at The University of Bolton. With a strong background in sales and category management, they are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and insight-led decision-making.
