Katerina Simkova has extensive experience in operational risk management and back office operations within the financial sector, particularly at ESSOX CZ, part of the Societe Generale Group, where Katerina has held the position of Head of Operational Risk Management since September 2010. Katerina's career includes roles such as Project Manager, Head of Back Office, and Deputy Head of Back Office, with additional experience as a Project Manager for synergies in the KB group. Prior to their current role, Katerina was the Head of Back Office at ESSOX SK from January 2009 to July 2011 and served as Head of Customer Service & Credit Cards Administration at ESSOX CZ from November 2004 to December 2008. Katerina's journey began at ESSOX LEASING a.s. as Team Leader - Back Office from August 1999 to May 2004.
