Jerome Richards is the Managing Director of Established Search, where they lead a global search firm specializing in recruitment solutions for the MedTech, Digital Health, and Life Science sectors. With extensive experience in recruitment for commercial and technical functions, they have worked with organizations ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations across various regions, including EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. Jerome previously held roles as Director and Associate Director at Charlton Morris, focusing on Medical Devices. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Exercise Science with First Class Honours from Nottingham Trent University.
