Benjamin Kelly has over eight years of professional experience in audit and business process management. Currently serving as the Manager of Internal Audit-Business Process at Establishment Labs since July 2022, Benjamin previously held positions at KPMG from August 2016 to July 2022, advancing from Audit Associate to Audit Manager. Earlier experience includes roles as an Accounting Intern at Reilly, Penner & Benton, LLP and Warranty Data Analyst Intern at Generac Power Systems, where contributions included reinstating a survey process for improvements in operations and conducting cost-benefit analyses for travel rate evaluations. Benjamin began their career as a Delivery Helper at Beer Capitol Distributing Co., Inc., ensuring timely deliveries based on customer order analysis. Benjamin holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, obtained in 2016.
