Diego Ramirez Alfaro

Diego Ramirez Alfaro has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Diego started their career at TERMO AIRE – Ingenieros Consultores in 2007 as a Dibujante Tecnico, where they worked until 2016. Diego then joined Capris S.A. as a Jefe de taller from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Diego joined Establishment Labs, where they held various roles. Diego started as a Técnico de diseño for a year and then transitioned to become a Diseñador industrial from 2018 to 2021, leading and supporting continuous improvement projects and new product implementations. Diego later served as a Process Engineer from 2021 to 2022, and currently works as a New Product Introduction Engineer.

Diego Ramirez Alfaro began their education in 2005 at Colegio Tecnico Profesional de Heredia, where they obtained a Técnico Medio en Dibujo Técnico degree in 2007. Diego then pursued further education at Universidad Hispanoamericana from 2015 to 2020, studying Ingeniería industrial.

In addition to their formal education, Diego has also obtained several certifications. In 2007, they received a certificate in Autocad 2D from Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje (INA), and in 2008, they obtained an Autocad 3D certificate from the same institution. In 2018, they acquired a Mechanical Design (Solidworks) certificate from Dassault Systèmes. Most recently, in 2020, Diego obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Professional Certificate from CertiProf.
