Giancarlo Pignataro

Giancarlo Pignataro has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Giancarlo is currently working as an Inventory Analyst at Establishment Labs, where they supervise inventory levels for Direct Markets and ensures product adequacy for end customers. Prior to this, Giancarlo worked as a Test Automation Engineer at SchoolMint, where they designed and developed a framework for automated test scripts using Pytest. Giancarlo also created automated scripts for smoke testing and regression testing.

Before SchoolMint, Giancarlo worked as a QA Engineer at Huli, where they facilitated the implementation of the company's first Quality Assurance process and developed testing plans and schedules. Giancarlo also reported and debugged problems found during testing. Prior to that, they were a QA Engineer at Gorilla Logic, where they created test data, executed test cases, and implemented Software Quality Assurance Plans. Giancarlo also collaborated with UI specialists to improve testability.

Giancarlo also worked at SchoolMint as a QA Engineer, where they excelled in developing test plans/scripts and was involved in the implementation of the first automated testing framework for core products. Giancarlo started their career as a Junior Software Developer at Pernix, where they assisted senior programmers and learned coding practices. Giancarlo also briefly worked as a Microsoft Tech Support at Teleperformance.

Giancarlo Pignataro earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. Giancarlo attended the university from 2016 to 2019.
