João Tafarelo

João Tafarelo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. João started their career as a trainee at Locahost - Hospedagem de Websites in 2003. João then worked as a PHP Developer at LineBrasil Informática LTDA, where they developed systems for government agencies and multinational companies. In 2009, they joined ARPMED S/A as a PHP Developer, where they were responsible for the logistics control of Allergan breast implants. João then founded their own company, Codding, in 2012, specializing in web system development. After selling Codding, they became a partner and Technical Lead at Avant Soluções, leading the technical area of the company and implementing projects for multinational companies and government agencies. In 2018, João joined Establishment Labs as a PHP Sr. Developer, and was later promoted to the role of IT Operations Manager Americas, where they were responsible for IT operations across Brazil, Argentina, and the USA. Additionally, they took on the role of Technological Business Development Manager, where they managed the implantation of business-oriented systems and implemented processes in the company and logistics operators.

João Tafarelo began their education in 2007 at the Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, where they studied Design Digital e Multimídia. João continued their studies in 2013 at the IAI - Instituto de Artes Interativas, focusing specifically on the field of Desenvolvimento de Aplicativos para iOS.
