Joy Vargas

Joy Vargas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering and operational excellence, currently holding the position of Process Engineering Supervisor at Establishment Labs since September 2016. Joy's career progression includes roles such as Operational Excellence Engineer, Process Engineer, and Supervisor Jr de manufactura. In addition to this, Joy co-founded Gastro Street Food through El Barrio CR in August 2022 and operates Bike Cleaning CR since May 2022. Joy's earlier experience includes a sales position at Leiton's store from December 2015 to May 2016. Joy holds a Licenciatura in Industrial Engineering with an emphasis in Quality Engineering from ULACIT and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana Castro Carazo.
