Paul Rodio

Paul Rodio has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations in the medical device industry. Paul currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Establishment Labs, a global medical device and aesthetics company. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Cardinal Health, where they oversaw global planning, procurement, and operations for the medical segment. Paul also held various leadership roles at Medtronic, including Global Vice President of Supply Chain and Senior Director of Global Supply Chain and Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP implementation.

Paul Rodio has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Industrial Management from The University of Akron. Additionally, they have a certification in APICS from the institution APICS.
