Luis Gustavo del Fava

Luis Gustavo Del Fava currently serves as a Tech Lead and Project Manager at ESTADÃO since November 2018, overseeing a technical team of developers and managing diverse demands across the organization. Responsibilities include triaging, prioritizing, and refining both technical and functional requirements into clear tasks for the team. Previously, Luis served as a Web Developer, engaging in front-end and back-end maintenance and improvements using technologies such as PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, JAVA, Docker, and various CMS platforms. Prior to ESTADÃO, Luis held roles at SAGA, first as a Systems Analyst and Developer, followed by an Assistant Developer position, and additionally worked in sales at Atento Brasil and Momentum Empreendimentos Imobiliários. Luis holds an MBA in Project Management from FIAP and is proficient in agile methodologies.
