Rubén Fernández Fernández-Pacheco

Rubén Fernández Fernández-Pacheco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Tech Lead Project Manager at Repsol since March 2023, Rubén focuses on industrial transformation and circular economy initiatives. Prior roles at RU from 2002 to 2023 include responsibilities as Head of Organization, Head of User Experience, Head of Robotics and Cross-Functional Projects, and Product Owner, where Rubén excelled in team management, stakeholder requirements, and user-centered development processes. Additionally, Rubén co-founded and presided over BARABARA ASOCIACIÓN CULTURAL, leading socio-educational projects in Benin and Sahrawi refugee camps. Educational qualifications include a specialization in banking from IEB and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
