Murat Koçer started their work experience at Kadir Has University in October 2014, where they worked in the Corporate Communication Centre until August 2018. Murat then joined Teleperformance in August 2018 and served as an English-Turkish Customer Representative until September 2020, providing technical support to customers. From October 2020 to February 2023, they served as an English Sales-Aftersales Team Manager at Teleperformance, where their responsibilities included conveying information between senior management and advisers, preparing performance reports, and recruiting and training new employees. In February 2023, they joined Estarta Solutions as a Customer Service Team Lead.
Murat Koçer attended Kadir Has University from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration. In addition, from 2014 to 2020, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at Istanbul University.
