Mihkel Stamm

Mihkel Stamm is the current COO at EstateGuru. Before that, they were with Estateguru.co and SA korp! Sakala Stipendiumifond. Mihkel has also worked with Bigbank as a Product Manager from July 2012 to December 2016.

Mihkel has a vast experience in working with different stakeholders on multiple levels of management, areas and countries. Mihkel is an expert in getting difficult decisions done between different stakeholders. For their extraordinary skills, they have received the monthly WoW reward.

Mihkel Stamm has a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tartu, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tartu, and a secondary education from Rakvere Gümnaasium. Mihkel also has certifications from the University of Kent in Lean Green Belt Certification, Sikka training & consulting in The 4 Disciplines of Execution, Leanway in Lean Yellow Belt Certification, and Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner.

Mihkel Stamm reports to Marek Pärtel, Co-Founder & Chairman. They work with Elina Varendi - Head of Legal and Compliance, Björn Kombächer - Country Manager, Germany, and Artūras Konusevičius - Country Manager, Lithuania.
