Vadims Marinecs

Vadims Marinecs has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Vadims currently serves as the Head of Product at Estateguru.co since October 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Product Manager at Estateguru.co from November 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Estateguru.co, Vadims served as the Head of Unsecured Lending at PrivatBank Latvija from September 2019 to September 2021. Vadims also held various positions at Bigbank, including Group Head of Product Management Area from March 2018 to August 2019, Latvia Product Manager from January 2017 to May 2018, Group Hire Purchase Product Manager from July 2014 to January 2017, Specialist of Banking Technology Area from October 2013 to July 2014, and Product Specialist from July 2012 to September 2013. At Bigbank, Vadims was responsible for product development, execution of product roadmap, identifying customer needs, mitigating operational risks, and building partner relationships. Vadims began their career as a Debt Consultant at Bigbank from September 2010 to August 2011. Vadims also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Transcom for a brief period in 2010, where they provided customer support and conducted up-sales in an inbound call center.

Vadims Marinecs attended Rīga Stradiņš University from 2007 to 2011 and studied law. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from The Lean Six Sigma Company in 2019, Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in 2016, and Lean Green Belt in Financial Services from Leading Edge Group in 2015.
