Jon Wilson

Jon Wilson has extensive experience in IT support and analysis, currently serving as eSip Support at Estech Systems, Inc. (ESI) since February 2017, where responsibilities include supporting Asterisk-based premise PBX and educating resellers on networking. Prior to this role, Jon provided IT support at Alpha Packaging and Technology Partners from 2012 to 2015, focusing on HelpDesk and Desktop Support. Experience with TekSystems and Peabody Energy as an IT Analyst included monitoring ATM networks and coordinating repairs. Jon's early career included a role as a Universal Analyst at Boeing and service as a Sergeant in the US Army, specializing as an IT Analyst. Jon holds a Computer Analyst certificate from the U.S. Army Signal Center and furthered education at St. Louis Community College.
