Anna Bridger

Anna (Sasha) Bridger currently serves as the Lead for Innovation & Emerging Technologies at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since July 2021, previously holding roles as a Senior Analyst and Developer in the same department. Anna has also contributed as a Senior Analyst and Developer for Application Engineering in Digital Technology and Engineering, as well as an Analyst in the same area. Prior experience includes a research role at Harvey Mudd College, software engineering positions at KAV, and internships as a Software Engineer at Shelter Growth Capital Partners. Anna completed a degree at Harvey Mudd College from 2017 to 2021 and attended The Taft School from 2014 to 2017.
