Campbell Thompson

Campbell Thompson currently serves as Vice President of Brand Strategy & Finance at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since March 2024. Prior to this role, Campbell held various leadership positions at Pernod Ricard from July 2010 to March 2024, including Vice President of Corporate Reporting & Finance Transformation for North America and Director of Portfolio Strategy & Insights. Campbell also operated as Chief Financial Officer at Rabbit Hole Distillery from July 2022 to June 2023 while serving as a board member for Mary Dowling Whiskey. Earlier career experiences include roles at Superdrug and Penguin Books Publishers as a Senior Finance Analyst and Finance Analyst, respectively. Academic qualifications include a CMA in Accounting and Business/Management from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Cape Town, and a Strategic Decision and Risk Management Certificate at Stanford University, which commenced in 2014.
