Chelsey Nadler

Chelsey Nadler is an experienced chemist and associate scientist specializing in fragrance and flavor innovation. Currently employed at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since February 2023, Chelsey focuses on R&D fragrance innovation. Prior to this role, Chelsey worked at Firmenich from August 2020 to February 2023, managing and diversifying a flavor and fragrance ingredient database and utilizing advanced liquid handling technologies. Additional experience includes a chemist position at Suffolk County Water Authority, where routine extraction and data analysis were conducted, and roles as a STEM teacher, laboratory assistant, and intern in public health food chemistry. Chelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from James Madison University, earned in May 2019.
