Christine Hall

Christine Hall is a seasoned professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as Vice President of Research & Development Hair Care, Color, & Innovation and Site Leader at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since March 2014. In this role, Christine leads the Hair Care and Color R&D for the Aveda and Bumble and bumble brands, having previously directed formulation teams for new product development and innovation. Prior experience includes significant roles at Conagra Brands, where leadership involved R&D for Frozen and Grocery products, GOJO, where product development encompassed hand sanitizers and cleaners, and Kao Corporation, where Christine built and managed a hair care R&D team. The career began at Procter & Gamble, focusing on shampoo formulation and technical project leadership. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University.
