Elizabeth Gonzalez has over 20 years of experience in project management, merchandising, and operations within the beauty and luxury goods industry. Currently serving as the NA Senior Manager of Project Management Lead for Visual Merchandising & Creative Operations at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since March 2016, Elizabeth oversees the development and merchandising of multi-channel projects, ensuring optimal project schedules, costs, and performance. Prior experience includes a decade at CHANEL, where roles encompassed operations management and project execution across various marketing strategies, and earlier positions at L'Oréal's Lancôme Division focused on sales administration and fragrance marketing. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Management from St. John's University.
