Gabriele Chiave is a seasoned creative leader with extensive experience in design and innovation. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Creative Direction – Design & Innovation at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since September 2022, Gabriele oversees creative direction for a portfolio of prestigious brands including MAC, La Mer, and Clinique. As Co-Founder and Creative Director of Controvento Creative Collective, a multidisciplinary studio based in Amsterdam and New York, Gabriele emphasizes craftsmanship and storytelling in project development. Previously, Gabriele contributed as the Creative Director at Marcel Wanders Studio from February 2007 to September 2022, managing a large team and working with renowned international brands across various design disciplines. Gabriele's design foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Istituto Europeo di Design.
