Haryono Hartono

Haryono Hartono is an accomplished professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as the Executive Director of Make Up R&D at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading global lip make-up innovation and new product launches. Prior experience includes the role of Head of R&D and Regulatory for the Asia-Pacific region at PZ Cussons, overseeing end-to-end product innovation and regulatory compliance. Haryono also held various positions at Procter & Gamble, contributing to significant projects in skincare and cleansing technology, and served as a Scientist at both Temasek Laboratory and Seagate Technology. Haryono's educational background includes dual PhDs in Materials Science & Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the National University of Singapore, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
