Jenna Rolnick

Jenna Rolnick is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since November 2011, currently serving as Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner for Digital Technology & Experience. In this role, Jenna supports the Digital Technology and Experience teams, contributing to the launch of over 500 e-commerce sites globally for the company's brand portfolio. Previous roles at the same company include Manager and Assistant Manager, among other positions. Jenna also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Cohn & Wolfe and Fendi.
