Kathleen Ku

Kathleen Ku is a seasoned Creative Director with extensive experience in the beauty and fashion industries. Currently serving as Creative Director at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since May 2019, Kathleen previously held several high-profile roles at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, including VP Global Creative, Executive Director, Creative, and Director of Web Design from June 2010 to March 2019. Kathleen's career also includes positions as Online Art Director at JCrew, Online Design Director at Condé Nast, and various design roles at Desgrippes Gobe and Associates, Kirshenbaum, Bond & Partners, and J. Walter Thompson Worldwide. Kathleen holds a Master’s degree in Communication Design from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Virginia Tech.
