Kosmas Kretsos

Kosmas Kretsos currently serves as Vice President of R&D and Innovation Technology at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., leading a global team focused on innovative tech solutions across multiple R&D sites. Previously, Kosmas held the position of Head Clinical Trials Strategy and Solutions and Global Life Sciences Business Development Lead at Amazon Web Services, where significant business development efforts were directed towards R&D in clinical trials and data environments. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director at Pfizer, where Kosmas oversaw R&D strategy and consulting for high-impact projects, and as Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Consortium for Clinical Investigation, where leadership was provided in growing research efforts and establishing partnerships. Additionally, Kosmas worked as a Strategy Consultant at PwC, delivering strategies within the pharmaceuticals and life sciences sectors. Kosmas holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
