Lital Daviko-Oz

Lital Daviko-Oz serves as the Director of Information Technology for Canada at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since July 2021, where responsibilities include defining the IT Strategy and Roadmap, building the IT organization, and overseeing IT delivery and support. Prior to this role, Lital held the position of Head of IT North America at Votorantim Cimentos from August 2019 to July 2021, managing a diverse IT team and leading IT transformation initiatives in the region. Lital's experience also includes significant roles at Purdue Pharma Canada and Teva Canada, where key achievements involved restructuring IT teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning IT strategies with business objectives. Lital holds an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and possesses numerous certifications, including PMP and Six Sigma Yellow Belt, focusing on change management and effective communication.
