Matteo Puppi

Matteo Puppi is an experienced professional in the beauty and personal care industry, currently serving as the Prestige Beauty Cluster Director at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since December 2017, overseeing brands such as Clinique, Dr. Jart+, Origins, and Darphin, while also acting as the Affiliate Leader of Sustainability. Prior to this role, Matteo held various positions at L'Oréal from September 2010 to November 2017, including Marketing & Trade Marketing Manager for Biotherm & Helena Rubinstein and Senior Product Manager for Yves Saint Laurent. Early career experiences include an International Assistant Brand Manager position at SC Johnson and an internship at the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce. Matteo holds a Master of Science in General Management from Università Bocconi and has participated in a Campus Abroad Program in Finance at Simon Fraser University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Università Bocconi.
