Nailesh Mascarenhas

Nailesh Mascarenhas is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer goods sector, currently serving as the Global Brand Technology Lead at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since March 2007. Previous roles at Estée Lauder include Executive Director positions focusing on IT strategic business partnerships and business relationship management across various regions, including EMEA Emerging Markets and the Middle East, India, Turkey, and Africa. Prior to joining Estée Lauder, Nailesh held the role of Group IT Manager at Petrochem Middle East from December 1999 to February 2007. Nailesh holds an EMBA in Marketing from S.P. Jain Center of Management and a senior secondary education from The Indian High School.
