Rafael Aguilar is a seasoned data professional and engineer with extensive experience across various roles in data analytics and process automation. Currently serving as Sr Analyst FP&A Regions and Lead Data Engineer at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Rafael has a strong background in designing automated data solutions, particularly Cloud ETL Pipelines and Full-Stack Data Applications. Prior roles include Data Validation Analyst at DataCapable, Senior Process Automation Engineer at Banco Ficohsa, and Co-Founder and CTO at Adüo Group.
