Rashida La Lande

Rashida La Lande currently serves as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since August 2024. Prior to this role, Rashida La Lande was the General Counsel at The Kraft Heinz Company from January 2018 to August 2024. Rashida's legal career began at Chadbourne & Parke LLP as an Associate from October 1998 to October 2000, followed by a significant tenure as a Partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where Rashida was involved in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Media, Entertainment & Technology, Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance, and Consumer Retail Practice Groups from October 2000 to January 2018. Rashida La Lande holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School (1998) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University (1995), as well as an education from Lawrence Woodmere Academy.
