Renee Ross

Renee Ross has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Renee currently holds the position of Vice President in Global Talent at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., overseeing various aspects of HR for multi-category brands. Prior to this, Renee had roles in global talent management at MSCI and American Express. Renee also has a background in organizational design, change management, and executive development. Renee holds an MBA in Strategy and Operations Management from Cornell University and a BBA in Human Resource Management from Baruch College.
