Rob Kaminski

Rob Kaminski has extensive experience in inclusion, diversity, and equity, currently serving as the Executive Director at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since December 1999. Kaminski has held various leadership roles within the company, including Global Director of Operations and Manager of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity. Prior experience includes positions in supply chain management and systems support. Additionally, Kaminski served as Head Sacristan & Liturgical Master of Ceremonies at Saint Thomas the Apostle Roman Catholic Church from June 1997 to December 2014. Kaminski holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Adelphi University and a Certificate in Pastoral Studies/Counseling from the Diocese of Rockville Centre Pastoral Formation Institute.
