Rob Peterson

Rob Peterson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in research and development, engineering, and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global R&D, Supply Chain, Engineering, Packaging, and Devices at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since 2015, Rob has held significant leadership roles in major organizations such as Mars, Pactiv Evergreen Inc., Rubbermaid Home Products, Procter & Gamble, and General Dynamics. Notably, during tenure at Mars from 2006 to 2014, Rob was a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, overseeing a substantial R&D budget of over $100 million. Rob holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and San Diego State University, respectively.
