Sumit Bhasin

Sumit Bhasin is an experienced executive in the beauty and personal care industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Innovation, Product Development, and Corporate R&D at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since October 2020. Prior to this role, Sumit held the position of Senior Vice President for Global Luxury and Innovation at Coty from October 2016 to January 2020. Sumit's extensive career at Procter & Gamble spanned nearly three decades, where roles included Vice President of the Global Prestige and Flavor & Fragrances Global Capability Organization, as well as various director and leadership positions in global prestige products and innovation across multiple locations. Sumit holds a Master’s Degree in Management Science from King's University College.
