Deepak Luthra

Deepak Luthra holds a B. Tech from IIT BHU and a Masters in Business Management. He has 40 years of multi-functional experience with companies like Tata Motors, LML, CEAT and RPG Transmission.

He joined Estel in 2001 and has since been part of the management team working closely with the team and the Board of Directors in different leadership roles at different times.

Deepak, designated COO in 2007, Board member in 2013 and CEO in 2017 has been responsible for P&L, running day to day business operations, customer engagement & the entire organization. To achieve this end, he not only works closely with the team of HOD’s, but also plays a significant role in managing the customer relationships across India, Middle East & Africa. Deepak has played a pivotal & leading role in the company`s ongoing operational success and consequently its performance.
